Lululemon's Response

Ok... so I am impressed by the quick turn around in Lululemon's response. But the content was somewhat foreseeable.

Thank you for sending your comments to us. We are always interested in hearing from our customers and listening to their concerns. I have forwarded your message to the design team. Our experience has been that our larger sizes don’t sell well compared to our core sizes. lululemon is considering your market and as we grow we intend to develop a broader selection of sizes and styles in our product line. I suggest that you visit one of our stores and ask an educator to point you towards some of our current styles that might suit your needs. We do have pants with more generous cuts, tops with longer torsos, and tanks with full support options. These designs were all created in response to customer feedback. Thank you so much for your comments and we do hope that we can serve your needs.
