Hi there,
For years I have visited your stores and admired your clothing.
However, each time I visit your store or website I am disheartened to find that your sizing is not made for the average person. I am an active person, and am not over weight. However I do not have the option to purchase items from your store because your women’s sizes only go up to 12. It is very frustrating to see an organization that places them selves as forward thinking and promotes healthy lifestyles telling their potential customers that a size 12 is an Extra-Large! It would be refreshing to see your stores offer sizes 14 – 16 for us active women who obviously don’t meet your predetermined vision of sizing. Not only would this prove to your customers a true interest in having women love their bodies, but it would also set you apart from so many other Vancouver stores that pigeon hole beauty into a very narrow vision.

Judging by their response, you probably should have told them you were an amazon and could likely kick all of their asses.
