This is a quick and dirty blog at best.
Tomorrow I am going in for an interview with the Ministry of Forests and Range (its for a Strategic HR Planner position). They are basically regarded as the cream-de-la-cream of HR shops in the government.
I've had to put together a Recruitment Strategy for their Ministry and am presenting it to the Panel, then will be answering questions on it and for some reason i've really been struggling with getting it done. Then in a flurry of last minute activity I pulled something together in the last 24 hours. Now i just have to hope that I am even close to the lines of what they are expecting.
I could be totally off base.... gawd i hope not!! Ack!
